I-90 / I-29 Interchange Network

Three reads.
A major regional gateway.
The I-90 / I-29 Interchange Network connects a campaign with the highway routes entering and moving through Sioux Falls. It combines three right-hand-read digital faces: two 14-foot by 48-foot bulletins and one 11-foot by 22-foot poster around the interstate connection.
The route reaches commuters, visitors and regional travelers using the two interstate corridors. The different approaches give an advertiser several opportunities to introduce a destination, service or brand. A highway message should be brief enough to register at speed, with any exit or direction claim checked against the exact face.

Understand the buy.
Follow the rotation.
In the reference sequence, minute one uses the first wide bulletin, minute two uses the poster, and minute three uses the second wide bulletin. The sequence returns to the first location in minute four. Each scheduled display has a 7-second hold: this is one campaign play per minute across the rotating buy, rather than three simultaneous plays per minute.

Creative hold = time on screen. Rotation = where the next play appears. Audience impressions are a separate measure.
Why advertise
in Sioux Falls?
Population growth, retail activity and the daily commute give a Sioux Falls campaign several useful starting points.
- More people. New introductions.
- A market that shops.
- Everyday journeys matter.
Choose the coverage
that fits the objective.
01 / THE NETWORK
The network / product buy
Choose the three-face network when the objective is a presence across the interstate gateway. It can introduce a Sioux Falls destination to arrivals, reinforce a regional brand or connect a service message with the highway journey.
02 / THE WIDER PLAN
A selected face / wider plan
A specific face can be more appropriate when one approach or exit is the central requirement. Compare the selected direction and buying options, and add city coverage when the campaign also needs to follow people after they leave the interstate.
Your BYB representative confirms the available buying options, flight dates, current roster and any placement requirements in the proposal.
More relevant messages.
A coordinated campaign.
A message can change with the moment. Build the artwork and schedule together with BYB.
Dayparting
Morning coffee. Lunch plans. An evening out. Match your message to agreed times of day or days of the week.
Conditional & triggered ads
A warm day or a change in the weather can call for a different message. Prepare alternate artwork and agree on the trigger with BYB.
Live RSS & data feeds
Keep a countdown, score or other approved data current inside a branded layout. Live feeds require an approved source and content agreement.
Multiple creative versions
Tell more of the story with several designs in one flight. Agree on the creative assignments by time, location or subnetwork before launch.
Imagine the campaign
A place to be seen.
A reason to remember.
A downtown Sioux Falls street
01 / CAMPAIGN IDEA
A visitor attraction
Lead with the destination and a strong visual. Use a direction only after the face and approach are checked.
02 / CAMPAIGN IDEA
A regional brand
Carry one clear introduction across the gateway, then reinforce it with citywide or downtown coverage.
03 / CAMPAIGN IDEA
A highway service
Make the essential service memorable and give the destination cue a clear secondary role.
Illustrative campaign ideas. Ask BYB to match the brief with available locations.

Final digital delivery dimensions are shown height × width. Use RGB artwork and check the specific face PDF before submission.
Prepare both wide and 2:1 artwork. Keep the same recognizable brand and idea while changing the composition. Long disclaimers, several offers or a complex instruction can compete with the message on a fast-moving route.
The details
before the decision.
Where will my advertisement appear?
The current face roster is BYBSF39WF on I-90, followed by BYBSF48NF and BYBSF49NF on I-29. Confirm the active sequence with BYB. The two wide faces and the poster require different artwork proportions.
Do all the faces show my ad at the same time?
The network follows its contracted rotation. The roster describes the included faces, while the schedule describes when a play appears. Confirm the active sequence and any location-specific requirements in the proposal.
Can I choose the times or days?
Yes—dayparting can assign approved creative to selected hours or days. Ask BYB to include the requested time slots and delivery in the campaign plan. A travel or dining offer can use approved time slots that match when the service is relevant.
Can the message change by location or time?
Multiple approved creative versions can be assigned to the contracted schedule. The poster and bulletins need distinct compositions; direction-specific versions can follow approved face assignments. Clear file names and a written assignment list help keep the handoff accurate.
How long is a flight, and can I run for less time?
The standard flight is 28 days. For a shorter promotion or event, give BYB the exact dates and objective so the team can confirm availability and a suitable schedule.
Does BYB help with creative design?
BYB has an in-house creative team that can work with your existing logo and brand assets. Start with the objective, approved copy and selected formats. The creative specification section and individual media kits provide the production handoff.
Can I use a live feed or weather-triggered message?
Discuss the data source, switching rule and artwork with BYB before launch. Live content needs approved setup and a written content agreement; final capabilities and delivery are confirmed in the campaign plan.
What should I send to get started?
Send the objective, business or destination location, desired dates, market coverage, creative needs and any direction-specific requirements. BYB can turn that brief into a dated availability and campaign proposal.
